The mitts feel very nice on your hands. They are lightweight – and are firmly kept in place thanks to the tightly adjustable velcro that fix them on your hands.
What about the size?
They are medium sized, so you’ve got a precise target to hit combined with a solid support to absorve bigger impacts.
They have this solid, lightweight structure and sound fantastic when the fighter hits them properly. I picked the red ones since it’s a more satisfying target to hit.
The weight: the mitts are highly movable to encourage all the combos for your trainee. The grip is perfect and it feels good to do a whole session (I tried with a heavyweight friend of mine), and they have a thick padding for punch absortion.
