When you can fight an opponents arms with your legs you will always be operating from advantage. If you feel that you are someone who usually operates under a size and strength disadvantage you would do very well to make a serious study of those jiu jitsu movements which out your leg strength versus an opponent's arms strength – this is a big part of how smaller, weaker people can defeat bigger, stronger people. Triangles and juji gatame arm bars are obvious candidates to start your study, but there is much more than this further down the road. You can't trust many things in life, but one thing you can always trust in is the strength and endurance of your legs – use them to your advantage whenever possible
