Negating strength: The single best way for you to negate a strength disadvantage is to get behind your opponent. The human body is set up to exert strength to objects in front of it, but is poorly adapted to apply strength to objects behind it. This simple insight must be the foundation of your game when going against much stronger opponents. When faced with a much stronger opponent put your primary emphasis upon getting behind them early and often.
