Distinguished guests: One of the great pleasures of teaching Jiu jitsu is having distinguished guests and friends drop in for training. They don't get any more distinguished than this fellow @jasonnolf Jason Nolf and @genomorellimma geno morelli – alumni of the great Penn State wrestling program – stopped by today and showed their wizardry on the mats. Mr Nolf showed his integration of wrestling and jiu jitsu by landing his signature Winn Dixie roll right into a kimura submission during sparring! One gets the impression watching him he could learn jiu jitsu very easily and rapidly! What a pleasure to see these guys in action!
