I will be a no gi Jiu jitsu alongside at the Arnold Classic Fitness Expo in Columbus Ohio on March 3. The Arnold Classic has always been a huge yearly event with many different types of physical fitness activities represented. Jiu jitsu has always had a strong presence there so I'm really looking to teaching this three hour seminar! to you there!
