First workout in Tokyo: garry tonon completed his first workout in Tokyo last night just hours after flying in. We trained at the gym of Japanese mma icon Kid Yamamoto who was a very impressive fighter back in the day. It was a dramatic switch from the humid heat of Northern Australia to the misty cold of a Japanese winter! Tokyo has always been one of my favorite cities in the world and it's great to be back!
