The long trek home: Heading home from Tokyo's Narita . It's always a mixed feeling at this airport. Tokyo is one of my absolute cities in the world so I'm always sad to leave. The city and are incredible with an incredible mix of industriousness, aesthetic sense, uniqueness and social etiquette mixed with a warrior heritage that makes this a world capital of martial arts. It was a privilege to be among the best kickboxers, grapplers and mma athletes in this great city these last seven days. In this two weeks I saw my dear Mom on her 90th birthday, met up with my jiu jitsu friends in Sydney and Gold Coast Australia and then watched Garry Tonon out on a flawless MMA Jiu jitsu performance against a champion opponent. it's time to head home to the USA and see my dear students back in Austin and get ready for more challenges. I'm excited to get back stateside and keep pushing this game further. Wishing you all the best wherever you are in this crazy world of ours!
