Pressure to the back: They say that to a man with a hammer in his hand, everything looks like a nail. This is usually said to warn people of being too focused on a single thing and limiting your viewpoint and options as a result. In the case of Jiu jitsu however, heavy focus on the back has no real downside. If you can create a constant pressure towards the back throughout a match, you will experience a lot success. The back can he take. From anywhere – standing, top or bottom – and the result is always good. Make it a habit to pressure behind an opponent at all times from all positions and you'll find yourself winning far more than if you just drift from position to position and follow the opponents actions
