I be teaching a no Jiu jitsu seminar alongside at the Arnold Classic Fitness Expo in Columbus Ohio on March 3. The Arnold Classic has always been a huge yearly event with many different types of physical fitness activities represented. Jiu jitsu has always had a strong presence there so I'm really looking forward to teaching this three hour seminar! to see you there!
